- Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date of the refund request.
- Please note that any refund will be subject to the deduction of transaction fees as charged by the payment processing system. The exact amount refunded may therefore be less than the original amount paid, depending on the fees charged by the payment system used for the original transaction.
