Rules

1. General Information

2.1. By registering on the site, you automatically agree to the service rules.

2.2. All disabled servers are automatically deleted after 30 days if there are no services on them.

2. Service Transfer

2.1. Reselling services is not prohibited.

2.2. The cost of transferring services from one server to another is free.

2.3. Transfer is free in case of moving to another hosting. The old server must be named "We moved to IP:PORT".

3. Refund Policy

3.1. According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, you can request a refund of unused funds.

3.2. To request a refund, contact us with your login, the amount to be refunded, and your payment details (wallet/card number).

3.3. Refunds are made within 5 working days.

4. Server Rules

4.1. Servers must have Fast File Download (FastDL) enabled.

4.2. Purchasing services for mirror servers is allowed, provided that the mirror servers have identical names and accurately display the real number of players/slots.

4.3. It is forbidden to use bugs and plugins that visually deceive players: showing fake maps, extra slots, etc.

4.4. It is forbidden to kick or ban for the reason of changing the CS 1.6 game client, as well as to coerce in any other ways.

4.5. It is forbidden to force players with standard nicknames Unikov to change them, or to change them without the player\'s knowledge.

4.6. It is forbidden to upload files that change the game client after leaving the server (e.g., Spectator Banner).

4.7. It is forbidden to replace default binds (Z, X, C, F1, F2, O, Q, M, B, E, F, N, Y, U, H, K).

4.8. It is forbidden to bind spam and advertising.

4.9. It is forbidden to use plugins that break the game client.

4.10. Real servers with more than half of their players being bots or fake players will be reset or removed.

4.11. Fake servers will be deleted and the IP banned.

4.12. GameMenu hacks that change default options are forbidden.

4.13. Servers with auto connect will be deleted and banned.

4.14. Servers that change essential game files will be deleted and the IP banned.

5. Administration Rights

5.1 The administration reserves the right to refuse service without explanation.

5.2 The administration reserves the right to modify these Rules, about which users are publicly informed.

By topping up the balance and/or ordering a paid service, the user agrees to all the terms of the Rules and is obliged to comply with them.
